All goods remain the property of Mila Jewellery until full and final payment has been received. Payments by cheque which do not clear because of insufficient funds will be vigorously pursued. The company is not responsible for any cash the purchaser sends which is lost in the post. All designs are original and action will be taken against anyone attempting to copy these designs.

Online Credit Card Security

Your financial information stays with PayPal. Your credit, debit card and bank account numbers are not passed on to Mila Jewellery.

All goods on this site are priced in UK Pounds. All prices are subject to change.

The goods for sale are described as accurately as possible with images, weights and measurements where applicable, however as each item is handmade, there may be very slight variations to the image shown. Final requirements regarding size for rings etc will be confirmed at the time of ordering. The items are photographed smaller than the actual size

On international orders, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the purchaser.
For postage outside the UK, please contact me first to obtain a price.

Delivery times are approx 14 - 21 days unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering.

If delivery is delayed by ‘acts of god’ or circumstances beyond the companys'’ control, a reasonable extension is expected by the purchaser.

Goods that arrived damaged must be reported to the company within 7 days.

The purchaser has 7 days to reject the goods but will be responsible for paying the cost of posting back to the company. Refunds will be given within 30 days of receiving the unwanted goods. Please note that refunds are not offered on items that are personalised.

All designs for commissions also remain the property of Victoria Constable. Legal proceedures will be undertaken if the designs are used without consent.
